Partnership Manager

ABOUT THE CANDIDATE
We are actively looking for candidates who are devoted to becoming a game-changer and are willing to challenge the status quo. For this position, he/she will be involved in executing the partnership strategies. At Sugar, we focus on collaborating with online businesses across different industries such as logistics/deliveries, eCommerce, travel agencies through to airlines across Asia.
KEY RESPONSIBITILIES
- Identify new sales leads
- Actively contribute strategic input on partnership campaigns and activities according to overall business development and/or marketing plan, including articulating innovative marketing campaigns that are unique in the industry
- Prepare sales pitch for partnership negotiation and closing deals
- Create reports to show and track the growth of the business
- Responsible for building and managing working relationship with partners, liaising with partners on a day-to-day basis
- Analyze and communicate results of the partnership projects and provide insightful recommendation for improvement to the management team
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor or Master Degree holder in business / marketing / e-commerce or related disciplines with a minimum of 3 years working experience
- Start-up experience or mentality is a plus
KNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Good with numbers
- Socially adept; good communication and people skills
- Excellent writing/presentation skills in both English and Chinese (both native), experience in Chinese inputh
- Experience in preparing sales pitch
- Enjoy teamwork, detail-oriented
